Are you about to be evicted and need help to pay your rent? CEA may be able to assist. You must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for assistance:
You must live in the CEA service area. Click here for our service area map and enter your address.
You must be below moderate income based on the Federal guidelines published by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The total household income before any deductions from all sources (including but not limited to gross wages, retirement, disability and any other government or private benefits) must fall in one of the below ranges.
You must have a court ordered eviction notice.
