CEA is able to provide income-eligible clients and their families with a week’s worth of groceries once a month; help if you have received a utility turn-off notice or your utilities have been turned off, and we may be able to help if you have been evicted. CEA follows the schedule of the Baltimore County Public Schools during snow storms and bad weather.  If schools are closed, then CEA will be closed and all appointments will be rescheduled.  If schools open two hours late, appointments from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. will be rescheduled.  If schools open one hour late, appointments at 9 and 9:30 will be rescheduled.

$100 can provide enough poultry and meat for 26 families of 3- 5 persons
$25 can provide enough food to feed a family of 3-5 for one week
