Donating Food With Amazon Wish List

If you would like to donate food to CEA and don’t want to go out to shop, use our Amazon wish list to send food directly to CEA.  Just click on this link and you’ll go right to the list.  And if you’ve have named Catonsville Emergency Assistance as the charity to benefit when you shop through Amazon Smile, then CEA benefits from your purchase through that program too.

How We Meet Our Clients’ Needs:

To give our clients a week’s worth of groceries, we need at least the following basics each year:

  • 2,100 jars each of peanut butter and jelly
  • 12,600 cans of vegetables
  • 8,400 cans of soup
  • 6,300 canned meals
  • 4,500 cans of tuna
  • 8,400 cans of beans
  • 6,300 boxes of macaroni and cheese

Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Catonsville Emergency Assistance serves greater Catonsville residents with emergency food and utility turn-off intervention. We rely on a generous community of donors. CEA operates frugally and uses donations responsibly to help our Catonsville neighbors in need.

• FOOD ASSISTANCE

Our current needs for food include: Pancake Mixes • Muffin Mixes • Pasta Sides • Peanut Butter • Potato Sides • Mashed Potatoes • Rice Sides • Cake Mixes • Brownie Mixes • Frosting • Peanut Butter • Canned Chicken Soup • Snacks (cookies, crackers) • Canned Meats (Spam, corned beef, ham, salmon) • Pancake Syrup • Granola Bars • Canned Fruit • Canned Corn • Canned Meals (Chef Boyardee, Stews, Chili) • Tomato Products

• UTILITY CUT-OFF INTERVENTION

Energy costs can place a severe and continuing stress on a family’s budget, and sometimes, the BGE bill just can’t be paid. We provide utility turn-off assistance help to income-eligible residents within our service area. Donate now to help.
