Over the past few months, we’ve seen a rising need for food assistance in our community. Thankfully, we’ve been able to respond because of your support. As you watch this video from our Executive Director Caitlin Kirby, please consider making a donation to CEA.

Stop in tomorrow (1/21) at Atwater’s (dine in only) for free soup day, and pick up a pint of your favorite! A portion of the proceeds of every pint of soup sold in January will be donated back to CEA in support of our mission: providing food, utility & eviction assistance to our Catonsville neighbors in need.

Our faith is put into action when we serve others. Our Lydia Harris Women’s Missionary Society answered the call to serve as part of the AME Church’s Nationwide Food Drive, which was extended into a holiday canned food drive.
As a faith community, we collected over 200+ food items and 132 pounds of food, which was donated to the Catonsville Emergency Assistance - CEA, our local community partner that provides emergency food and essential support to Catonsville residents. Tomorrow is the first SECOND SATURDAY of the year, so we’ll be onsite for food donations from 9-11AM. We welcome all non-perishable, in date, foods.

This January, we’re donating a portion of all soup quart sales to Catonsville Emergency Assistance, which serves our community with emergency food, eviction prevention, utility assistance, and service referrals.
